Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor YouTube Analytics and channel performance regularly.
- Plan content calendars aligned with audience interests and trends.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and production teams for content execution.
- Supervise content uploads and maintain consistent publishing standards.
- Suggest creative content formats, series ideas, and experimental concepts.
- Stay updated on latest YouTube trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Skills and Requirements:
- Basic working experience with YouTube or any social media content creation/management.
- Understanding of YouTube Analytics, audience retention, and engagement metrics.
- Strong sense of storytelling, audience psychology, and branding.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with content marketing and YouTube SEO is a plus.
