About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Video Editor who loves storytelling through visuals. As a key member of our creative production team, you will be responsible for editing high-quality YouTube content, podcasts, documentary films, stand-up comedy specials, and promotional reels. You will work closely with our content and creative teams to shape raw footage into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit multi-cam footage and sync audio/video seamlessly.
  • Craft compelling edits for long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, documentaries).
  • Produce engaging short-form content (reels, highlights, teasers).
  • Implement smooth transitions, color correction, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
  • Work closely with directors and producers to maintain creative vision and brand tone.
  • Manage media assets, organize project files, and maintain version control.
  • Deliver final projects on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Primary Editing Software).
  • Knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics and animation.
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for color grading and corrections.
  • Strong storytelling instincts — rhythm, pacing, visual coherence.
  • Good command over audio syncing, sound leveling, and background scoring.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of camera operations (DSLRs, mirrorless, professional cameras).
  • Experience working in documentary or multi-cam setups.
  • Knowledge of YouTube content production best practices.
