About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager (Creative Production) who can coordinate creative projects from start to finish. You will play a critical role in ensuring our video productions, content launches, and design projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between creative teams (editors, designers, producers) and management.
- Create project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
- Schedule shoots, track edits, manage feedback loops, and oversee final delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks before finalizing projects.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and internal documentation.
- Identify production bottlenecks early and suggest solutions.
- Communicate with clients for project updates.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of creative workflows (video production/design).
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, etc. — training can be provided).
